MEDIA BUYER
We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Media Buyer who’s passionate about native ads and wants to be part of our dynamic marketing team. As a Media Buyer, you’ll play a vital role in driving the success of our digital advertising campaigns by strategically planning, executing, and optimizing native ad campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
– Native Ads Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies for native ads to achieve our marketing objectives and maximize campaign performance.
– Platform Expertise: Have a deep understanding of major native ads platforms like Taboola, Outbrain and more.
– Campaign Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and KPIs.
– Ad Creation: Craft compelling ad copies and engaging visuals optimized for native ad platforms to drive high click-through rates and conversion rates.
– Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets to achieve desired results while maintaining cost-efficiency.
– Campaign Optimization: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CTRs, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
– A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance.
– Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
– Self-development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in the native ads landscape to leverage new opportunities for enhanced campaign effectiveness.
– Vendor Management: Collaborate with native ads platforms, negotiate contracts, and foster strong relationships with platform representatives.
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of campaigns.
Requirements:
– Proven 2 years experience as a Media Buyer, with a focus on native ads platforms.
– Strong knowledge and expertise in managing campaigns on native ads platforms like Taboola, Outbrain and more.
– Familiarity with ad targeting options, optimization techniques, and best practices specific to native ads.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
– Results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting or exceeding campaign objectives.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
– Proficiency in using ad management platforms and analytics tools.
– Knowledge of digital advertising metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
– Understanding of the broader digital advertising landscape and trends.
